This policy explains what information USA Freight Dispatch collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it plain and honest — the same way we run dispatch.

USA Freight Dispatch is a truck dispatch service operated by North Star Logic Group LLC, a limited liability company located at 306 Stone Creek Drive, Dallas, GA 30157 (“USA Freight Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website at usafreightdispatch.com and when you contact us or use our dispatch services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide dispatch services.
Information you give us
When you submit our sign-up or contact form, or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you provide, which may include:
- Your name and phone number (required to contact you);
- Your email address;
- Your MC and/or DOT number;
- Your equipment type; and
- Any notes or messages you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring website, and the dates and times of your visit. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
03. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and contact you about dispatch services;
- Set up and provide dispatch services if you become a client;
- Communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your loads, account, and requests;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
- Prevent fraud and protect the security of our website and business; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
04. Calls & Text Messages
Consent to contact. By submitting your phone number through our website or otherwise providing it to us, you agree that USA Freight Dispatch may contact you by phone call and by text message (SMS), including through automated dialing or messaging technology, at the number you provide, regarding our dispatch services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Opting out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and you can ask us by phone or email to stop calling. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message, and we may still contact you as needed about active loads or services you are already using. 05. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our website work and to understand how visitors use it. Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics — to measure site traffic and understand how pages are used. Google may set cookies and process usage data on our behalf. You can learn more at Google’s privacy page and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Vercel Analytics — provided by our hosting platform to measure website performance and traffic.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the website may not function as intended. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
06. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors that process information on our behalf, under contract, only to provide services to us — for example, our website host and form-delivery provider (Vercel and Resend) and our analytics providers (Google, Vercel).
- To provide dispatch services. If you become a client, we share the information necessary to book and manage your loads — for example, with freight brokers, shippers, and factoring companies you authorize us to work with on your behalf.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of USA Freight Dispatch, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We require our service providers to protect your information and to use it only for the services they provide to us.
07. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — to respond to you, provide services, meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
08. How We Protect Data
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, and our website is served over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.

No matter where you live, you can:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need; and
- Opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults, and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites, such as brokers, load boards, or partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
13. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here, and your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
