These terms explain the rules for using our website and dispatch services. Please read them — using our website or services means you agree to them.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and North Star Logic Group LLC, doing business as USA Freight Dispatch (“USA Freight Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 306 Stone Creek Drive, Dallas, GA 30157. By accessing our website or using our dispatch services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Dispatch services are also governed by any separate written dispatch or service agreement you sign with us; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
USA Freight Dispatch provides truck dispatch services to owner-operators and small fleets, including locating and booking loads, negotiating rates with brokers and shippers, handling load paperwork such as bills of lading and broker packets, invoicing, and payment tracking, along with related support. The specific services provided to you are those described on our website or in your dispatch agreement.
This is important, so we state it plainly:
You are responsible for maintaining your own operating authority, insurance, licenses, and compliance with all federal and state regulations, including FMCSA and DOT requirements.
To use our dispatch services you must be at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business, and hold valid operating authority (active MC and/or DOT registration) and the insurance required to haul freight legally. Our website is intended for business use.
When you use our services, you agree to:
Our dispatch fee is a flat percentage of the gross line-haul revenue for loads we book for you, as stated on our website or in your dispatch agreement. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. Fees are earned when a load we book is completed and are due on the terms set out in your agreement. You are responsible for all costs of operating your truck, including fuel, tolls, maintenance, permits, and insurance. If any fee is not paid when due, we may pause or stop providing services.
We do not force dispatch. You review and approve every load before it is booked, and you choose your own lanes. We locate opportunities, negotiate, and advise — but the decision to accept any load, and full responsibility for hauling it, is always yours.
Loads are provided by freight brokers, shippers, and other third parties over whom we have no control. We do not guarantee load availability, rates, broker payment, or the conduct of any broker or shipper. Your contract for each load is between you and the broker or shipper. We are not responsible for a third party’s failure to pay, cancellation of a load, detention, claims, or damages. We make no guarantee regarding the amount of revenue, number of loads, or income you will earn.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls and text messages from us, including through automated technology, about our services and your loads. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. For full details on how we contact you and how to opt out, see our Privacy Policy.
All content on this website — including the USA Freight Dispatch name, logo, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to North Star Logic Group LLC and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our prior written permission.
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result, load, or income will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Freight Dispatch and North Star Logic Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the total dispatch fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless USA Freight Dispatch, North Star Logic Group LLC, and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our services, your transport of any load, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Either party may end the dispatch relationship at any time as described in your dispatch agreement. We may suspend or stop providing services, or restrict access to our website, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or lose your operating authority or insurance. Fees earned before termination remain payable, and the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
